2. Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered through Cloudflare's global network. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, routing data, and security events. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare states that limited traffic metadata may be processed in the United States and Europe for a limited period and provides contractual safeguards for international transfers. Ember Pocket Studio does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie such as__cf_bm on protected hostnames to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare states that this cookie is generated independently for each site, is not tied to a user ID, and is not used to track people across sites. 3. Local high score and game settings
Pipe Tempo stores your high score and audio settings only in this browser on this device. These values are not currently sent to Ember Pocket Studio. The high score uses the local storage key pipeRushBestV12 and remains until browser data is cleared or you use Privacy settings.
4. Advertising and optional services
No Google Ads, analytics, or tracking scripts are currently active. The site contains only disabled placeholders for a potential future integration. Before activation, an appropriate consent solution will be added and this policy will be updated with the provider, purpose, legal basis, recipients, retention periods, and withdrawal options.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
